Smart Sensor ABB คือ

  2. ตรวจจับการสั่นสะเทือนของมอเตอร์
  3. ตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิภายในตัวมอเตอร์

The new ABB Ability™ Smart Sensor converts traditional motors into smart, wirelessly connected devices. It is attached to the frame of low voltage induction motors. No wiring or machining is needed. Using algorithms, based on ABB’s decades of motor expertise, the ABB Ability™ Smart Sensor relays information about the motor’s operation and health via a Bluetooth-gateway or smartphone to a secure server.”

ABB Ability™ Condition Monitoring for powertrains is a solution that gathers data from drives, motors, pumps and other applications. It combines connectivity and data analytics, and enables expertise driven assessments that can improve the performance, reliability and efficiency of each component in a powertrain, as well as the powertrain as a whole.

The ABB Ability™ Smart Sensor, a key element of the Digital Powertrain, converts traditional motors, pumps and general machinery into smart, wirelessly connected devices. It measures key parameters from the surface of the equipment which can be used to gain meaningful information on its condition and performance, enabling users to identify inefficiencies within their system and to reduce risks related to operation and maintenance. Maintenance can be planned according to actual needs rather than based on generic schedules. This extends the lifetime of equipment, cuts maintenance costs and reduces or prevents unplanned downtime.
